Does eye color effect your eyesight? My sister and I both have brown eyes and not so great eyesight, while my mom and older sister both have blue eyes and have 20/20 vision.

yes, but not that way. blue eyes are better at night dark during the day green oddly enough a said to be good underwater eyes. eat carrots. i dont know if its true but they supposedly help eyesight.
