Our firm hires new grads with no formal experience all the time. Try going to local accounting firms and giving them your resume in person. Put on a suit and go in. It won't always work, but you're more likely to get a lead doing that than just emailing stuff around. I know it's really frustrating, I went through the same thing graduating from law school. Most law jobs posted required 1-3 years experience but were "entry level." I ended up working at an accounting firm because I want to work in tax. It's hard, but keep at it. If push comes to shove, try going for accounts payable/receivable positions.

Keep in mind, one year of experience is preferable, but not mandatory. If you had any accounting internships in this past, these will serve you well. Try using your college's alumni database to network and find a job. Hint: Most jobs posted online have already been filled internally and are only online for legal purposes. Your best shot to get a job as it opens is to already be in touch with someone from within.
