What type of job will make about $500 an hour?

There is no job already set up and running that does not require a college degree that will pay you this. You will either: A.) Need a college degree to get into a job that pays this amount and it will only do so after years of working for the company to achieve a position within the company that will pay you this B.) Have a college degree that will have provided you the training and know how to start your own business and run it successfully enough to achieve such an income, or C.) Start a business with your own skill/know-how without a college degree and achieve such wealth (such as Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerburg). Sorry, but wealth doesn't simply just fall into your lap via short-cuts (even winning the lottery means paying taxes on the prize winnings).

I'm not sure how much per hour surgeons make but they can make up to $500,000 a year which is americas #1 paying job with anesthesiologist #2 and orthodontist #3
