What questions will I be asked at job interview for medical administrator?

They are wanting you to be able to draw from your personal experiences of how you deal with this. In questions like this, they are asking you for the following sorts of information. 1) Are you able to think logically through the problem at hand, and think of steps that you could take in order to solve the problem at hand. 2) Are you able to listen fully to the side of the person that is lodging the complaint, and also to the person that the complaint is being lodged against? 3) Explain some possible solutions that you would be able to come up with, that will make both the complainant as well as the other person reasonable solutions. 4) What are your attributes like: non judgmental, empathetic, sympathetic? This is the type of issues that they are asking you to think about. Also another one is do you think through things, or do you act before you think? Some other possible questions that they may ask you are: 1) What is your five or 10 year plan? 2) Scenario based questions or behavioral based questions. They sometimes will ask you these, especially with ones that are in higher positions such as the one that you're applying for. 3) Customer rapport and co worker rapport as well with your supervisors. 4) Computer ability 5) Experience that you have had with medical etc. I hope that this helps you.
