im going on a job interview and i dont know what would be appropriate or good questions to ask the interviewer ? they always ask if i have any questions and i never know what to say? ...show more

The one that usually throws the interviewer off, but shows that you're serious about the position is as follows: "What do you enjoy the most about working for this company?" They'll ALWAYS answer it. It also gives you insight as to what the company is like, and if you'd truly wish to be part of that environment. NEVER ask questions concerning pay rate, benefits, or any sort of monetary compensation. This gives the company the wrong impression of you.
