You have to crawl before you walk. working for someone else will help you gain wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the pastry industry. also it will help you earn and save money so when you have to purchase a buiding etc you want have to take out such big loans. dont base your dreams on someone elses. just bc it didnt work for them doesnt mean you want be successful. if you have a outstanding product,great building and outstanding customer service ppl will come. have faith in yourself. instead of researching the worse search the positive and how build a successful business...
