Should I apply online to Starbucks or personally go there, and speak to the manager, hand in my application?
-
I really want to work here, I've applied a few months and never received the response, so I'm going to apply to other places.

Answer:
You should do both. They have a process. They're going to require you to apply online. But if you go to meet the manager, dressed and groomed professionally, and you hand them a quality resume, you will have a big edge. Especially if you connect with them. Go get that job! Pat

In my opinion it is always better to go in person to apply for a job if at all possible and if you can try to talk with the manager and let them know you are interested in working there.
