How to get the job...i am 16 years old and i have an interview tomorrow?

One of the things I have learned about interviewing is that red is a power color. If you have something red to either wear as an accent color or underneath the sweater, this is a good thing. I do not think that wearing rhinestones is a good idea. You want to appear professional and not "in fashion". In addition, make sure that you are prepared to answer the question as to why you want to work for this company and make a list of questions to ask them. Remember, they are not just interviewing you, but you should be interviewing them too!!! Ask them about their management style, benefits, what do they expect from their employees AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: what do they like about working for their company. Just because you want this job does not mean that they are the right company for you. Asking them questions will really impress them. It is perfectly normal to be nervous and tell them right up front that you are nervous. There is nothing wrong with honesty. Usually at the end of the interview they will thank you and this is the time to say "if you don't mind, I have questions for you." If they ask you what you can bring to their company, let them know that you do not wish to sound over confident, but then give them your benefits. In addition, they will probably ask for your weaknesses too. Do not be ashamed to give them a weakness. This shows honesty, even if it minor. DO NOT DRINK CAFFEINE prior to the interview!!!

Ok now when you say applied for holiday inn for a job as a what? Desk clerk ? your outfit is great do show confidence it will tell the manager you are mature enough to be able to control any situation that accurs ! As a maid? do not flash but be nice looking it show you can work right now! But if you flash it shows you would not get down and dirty and do what needs to be done to clean. As a waitress? do not flash but look nice it shows you can be neat and clean and ready to go! Just answer his questions and tell him or her that you can and will do a great job at any task you are given and can be flexiable!!!! Good Luck!

You must be so excited! Just be yourself and try not to be nervous. Have confidence in yourself and answer any questions as best as you can. Be polite, smile and show you are interested in the job, learn fast , etc. The outfit you describes sounds perfect. Good Luck!

sit up straight eye contact think over the questions that are usually asked during interviews. why do you think you are best for the job? what are your strengths and weakness. Your weakness is being a perfectionist and I am sure that you are aware of your strengths. Also they usually ask, do you have any questions, it is wise to have at least one question.

That is a great outfit, I think. Be honest and tell the manager it's your first job, (if it is). If not, tell him you do have experience. Tell him why you would be good working there. Tell him you would be very helpful and nice to your customers, and work extra hard since it's your first job. Don't be nervous, just be nice and tell the posotive things about you Good luck.
