If you already submitted and application then your are pretty much set. In order to let them know your the person for that position give them a call once or twice a week checking that status of you application and letting them know your still interested in the position.

Go in and ask for the manager. Then, smile and sing - literally. I guess you could skip the singing.... Anyway, you're 15 so this is forgivable, but the managers of these places are godlike. Just try to figure out what would make a good employee, possibly by talking to the people at the counter. Once you've done that, come back another time and ask for the manager. Convince that person you have the skills you just learned are valuable. They WANT to hire good people. Good people make money.
