How do I get a waitress job without experience?

Everyone has to start somewhere, so disregard the first two answers you received here which were a complete waste of time. (I don't know why idiots like that bother to answer except that they like to get their two points. They must have very boring lives!!) Anyway, to your point, look at what you DO have rather than what you don't have (experience). You might not have waited tables before, but what do you have? Do you have a great personality? Are you well presented? Are you prepared to work hard? Are you a problem solver? Are you a service-oriented person? Are you one of those "always on time" people? These are all good things. I would go ahead a start applying by walking into places. It's way easier to convince someone to give you a shot when you're standing right in front of them. Also, if you have any work experience at all, such as babysitting or whatever, get a letter from the person you did that work for, something that vouches for your reliablity or whatever.
