How much do cooks/chefs make?
-
Does anyone know how much a cook/chef would make fresh out of culinary school? I know it depends on what kind...but I guess I'm just looking for a general figure.

Answer:
You need a lot of connections in that business to make it anywhere. The good thing is cooks and chefs are needed in a lot of areas. Schools, Hospitals, Fast Food Restaurants all need chefs. Check out http://www.badeconomyjobs.com/ for more cooking and chef positions. Also, you can apply or start your own private household cooking job. This job can pay more money depending on the household you cook for. Find out more details at http://www.badeconomyjobs.com/jobs/private-household-cooks/
