    Well giglogo is pretty much right. I work a a CNA myself and you should just go into a couple of nursing homes and see if they do training because many offer training, if not for free. Community colleges is a great place. You should think about volunteering in a nursing home first before you get into this cause I'll tell you this line of work is not for everyone. But I really sugest volunteering before you spend the money.

many nursing homes offer the two week classes free of charge if you for them. But each state may be different on their requirements. If you are interested in a job during high school you may be able to become a cna now.. Also known as STNA Look at places like HR Manor Care..

Here in Pennsylvania the local hospitals usually have a free training program. I suggest calling the hospitals or nursing homes near you and ask if they have these types of programs. I would also call your local community college because some offer these programs (you might have to apply for financial aid because the program may or may not be free) Here in PA CNA's can make anywhere from $8 to $12 per hour depending on where they are employed. Check careerbuilder.com under your city and enter CNA under search to see the pay rates.
