What do you have to do to get a job as a pharmacy technician?

Can I get a job of Pharmacy Technician without taking up yet the PTCB in Georgia?

I just finished Technical School recently. And I'm just curious if I could get a job without taking up yet the PTCB. I don't know what the state law is. its kinda confusing ...show more

well I just got a job as a retail pharmacy tech and its HELL no joke! I did not require a certification I just needed a trainee state board registration, thats it the place where im working is "training" me (NOT) I hate this job... weird thing some ppl love it some ppl hate it. I dont know whats there to love? its unorganized, complains all day, phone ringing 24/7, drive tru, pick up... I hate it soo much.. im already looking for another job.. be ware . Good Luck!
