    Just walk in there and ask for an application. Boutiques don't hire very often because they are small and don't need very many employees. As a matter of fact the boutique owner usually works the registers themself. But they might have one or two employees. Just ask and see if they need help. But you'd be better off applying at a bigger company like a PacSun or American Eagle or something.
