  They don't want you to "sale sale sale". They want you to "sell sell sell". You sell to make a sale. Losing not loosing. I firmly believe that being a good sales person is a talent that you are born with, especially in an environment like yours. There are thousands of sales techniques that you can try. Perhaps you need to spend some time in the library or on Amazon and buy some books on being a salesperson. Practice the techniques with your family & friends and then try it on the customers. I realize that you didn't ask this question to have your spelling corrected, but when you are a salesperson, everything counts. If you sound uneducated and make usage errors, a person is less likely to trust you and therefore less likely to buy from you.
