    They are always accepting applications. I got hired there almost three weeks ago (Wednesday). I applied online, found out they were actually hiring, went to talk to the manager, he took my info, called me a couple days later, set up an interview, went to the interview, sat down, and he said you're hired. The "interview" was just putting me in the system. I am also 19 and in college, have classes two days a week, so I have a lot of availability, so it might be different for you. But, I love my job and I wish you the best of luck. Employers really appreciate face to face interaction. They like to get a taste of your personality, and how comfortable you will be talking to people.

If they are not hiring, it is going to be very hard to get a job. As long as you continue to call, it is going to be very hard. If you applied online, you are better off printing the application out and filling it out and bringing it into the store and ask for the manager. Tons of people fill out online applications and many managers don't even look at them. You make a better impression by going in to meet the manager, shaking his hand and letting him know you applied on line and did the survey and then hand him the one you filled out neatly to save him the work of looking up your app online.
