Yes definitely....I went through a situation with a friend of mine who nearly lost her job because of not disclosing the misdemeanor and her crime had also been expunged. Remember honesty is what they are searching for on the application; and know that they will find it out anyway, and if they do, and you haven't disclosed it; usually they can and will terminate your employment. Remember the part in the application that speaks of either party being able to terminate the employment at any time.
