Infected Cut/ Mosquito Bite ???? Help Please?

you could go to the chemist and show them . they will find the correct cream for you. i sympathise because Ive just come back off my holiday and i have between 12 and 20 bites. so in future ill take preventative action (a few drops of eucalyptus oil into the sunscreen) if the bites are not infected just aggravating try calamine lotion to relieve the itch and take a antihistamine tablet to also relieve itching such as the ones used for hay fever more at home methods would be a few drops of vinegar in water to bathe the spot infection would cause the spot to be weeping and the red hot area get larger (if that's any help)
