My friend has random nose bleeds, what could that mean?

    It could be two things in my opinion....either he has high blood pressure or it's from drug use like snorting cocaine or meth.

he probably just has weak blood vessels in his nose and when the air gets to dry or humid or something irratates his nose it can cause them to break there are treatments for that they can caldarize the blood vessels in his nose so they don't do that or they could get better over time, i don't think its a big deal just annoying and he could always see a doctor to make sure, good luck

could be a blood pressure issue, which is pretty serious. or if he has terrible allergies or an infection of some kind. Alcohol and especially cocaine abuse cause nose bleeds. Cocaine will cause weird nose bleeds for days after you've used.
