Is this a good motorbike for a first bike?

I have just past my motorbike test and whats your advice on a ideal first bike?

  The Suzuki GSXR 600 is a road racing motorcycle adapted for street usage. This is a serious racing motorcycle totally unsuited for the beginner. Plus insurance will be very expensive. The GSXR is not a commuter bike, no room for gear, no rider protection from the elements, totally unsuited for any long distance riding, uncomfortable, stiff riding, and terrible for two up riding. Plus your eyes are low due to the leaned over riding position. Your eyes need to be up high to monitor the every changing traffic and road conditions. This is one big advantage with a dual sport motorcycle. Please read the articles below. Last link provides a quote by James that you need to read.
