How do I get a custom firmware on my PSP slim?

I have a psp slim and its v3.73(original) how do i get custom firmware for it?

i need custom firmware and i dont want to go through pandora battery and stuff. i have a psp slim!

I am not 100% sure, but I think Sony stopped custom firmware, meaning that with there newer firmware, you can't put custom firmware on. I think 3.50 you could but that's it.
