How do I fix my PSP WLAN switch?

My psp don't have the wlan switch can anyone help me to know what this could be?

I know what is the wlan but I can't find it on my psp I searched on the net but the only thing that I knew is that it is at the lower left side of the psp but I don't have it ...show more

You probably bought a faulty PSP you should report your game system that way you either get a refund or get it exchanged for a good one.
