going by what you've said, it sounds like you'd need both. buy the ipod touch first, then psp 3000 after. using your wifes iphone should be a great way to find if thats for you or not. personally i'd just buy an iphone so you don't have to carry two big devices in your pocket. an iphone 3gs pay monthly price is cheaper than a new psp
