  Try heating them with hot water, then drying them in the dryer with hot air. After that, iron. The more heat, the more results you'll see. Unfortunetly, you probably wont be able to get the needed results in a few hours. But my tips are the fastest I can think ok. As for me, I always have the opposite problem. I need to stretch them! lol. Good luck :)
