If the temperature is constant it shouldn't effect the growth much, except that at hotter temps the fluid evaporates faster forcing crystals to form faster. Under normal conditions they form fastest when the suspension medium starts hot and cools. As it cools less salt can stay in solution so the crystals form and grow. If proper conditions are observed you can even supersaturate a solution and start a salt "snow storm" by dropping a single crystal in it.
