How to remove people from my family list on facebook?

    To remove a family member on your family list, go to 'edit profile' then there will be a selection saying Family members: [their status] and then [their name] and next to it in a blue font it will say remove. Then to delete your account, go to account located in the top right, account settings, then deactivate account. When your account is deactivated, it will be as if you deleted it, but if you decide against this merely log on again and everything will be reactivated and back to normal!

To remove family members go to your profile and click the "Info" tab. Next click "Edit" on your Basic Information section. That's the first section. You'll see the word "remove" in blue next to each family member. Click that to remove each one. It's a two way thing. If you remove a family member you'll be removed from their family list as well.
