  This is not as simple as you may think. Everyone can see your profile photo, regardless of whether they're your friends or not. You can adjust the privacy settings by pressing "Account" >> "Privacy Settings" >> "Customise" and set everything to "Friends only" But regardless of this, people can always see your profile picture as it shows up small on your profile and your name. Unless you block someone, then they wont know your page exists. Best solution: don't have a profile picture. Or have it as something other than yourself, like a bunch of flowers.
