Whats wrong when i cant download anything and people cant see what am writing on MSN?

Sounds like a problem with your connection. This could be any number of things, but here's some things I would try in this order: 1. Call your ISP and have them test your connection. 2. Start->Run type "cmd" and hit ENTER. Type "tracert www.google.com" and hit ENTER. If you see a * in the first few lines it a problem with your connection.
