Why isnt hotmail working?

When i try to bring up the sign up page to sign into my hotmail account it just continues to load and is blank. Are they doing maintenance on it or something? Is it working for u?

I suggest you go to outlook. www.outlook.com and log into your hotmail account on that. You will still get your emails and stuff.
