Maybe it is your font? Try changing your font. If that doesn't work, you could always get a little emoticon of a question mark and use that instead of the regular -?

i don knw ny method to correct it! bt anothr alternative is bit tedious i.e. open up notepad type ur punctuations n paste it thr! try if it wrks!
