Why can't I see my MSN contacts even when they are online?

I cant see my contacts scene on msn?

my friend can see mine but i cant seem to see hers, or anyone else's all i see is my own. HELP?!

hi ►check you have not gone back to 'default scene' ►open up a conversation with a windows live messenger user ►right-click on the part at the top where it displays your contacts online name ►'use default scene' or something like that if it does not work then try re-downloading the new msn: ►start ►control panel ►'add or remove programms' ►windows live essentials ►remove then download it again: http://download.live.com/ •´¯¥¯`•¢нαηтєℓℓє•´¯¥¯`• ©
