How do you block someone permanently on your msn?

    hi, with windows live messenger you can accept or decline a request. if you accept: the contact will see you as online except when your status is as 'appear offline.' if you decline: the contact will not be able to see your personal message, display picture, and you will always appear offline to them unless you unblock them. but if you speak to them for a while and then block them, they will see your personal message and name. to block somebody: ►right click on their name ►block contact or delete contact OR: ►tools ►options ►select 'privacy' ►highlight the persons email ►press 'block' deleting that contact means, if you don't press 'block this contact aswell' when you delete them, they will be able to see you online. blocking, you don't need to confirm you are blocking them. so it doesn't matter if you choose block or delete, but with delete if you don't want your email to appear online to them you MUST tick 'block this contact too.' •´¯¥¯`•¢нαηтєℓℓє•´¯¥¯`• ©

Right click the persons name, click 'Block' and then right click the name again, and click 'Delete contact'
