    There has been problems with that lately. They say they are working on it. Mine wouldn't let me sign in for 3 days. Now its working fine. But on their site i did see a lot of people are having a sing in problem. they do have solutions but none worked for me i just had to wait it out.

well you have put in your emil and passward in proply and if you have and you mack sure your not on capatals and if your now you could mack a new account

Try with another pc and see if you can sign in with that one If yes,maybe it's because of your pc and if no,the problem might be with msn itself)
