open msn message and very top bar where it says file contacts actions the last one will be plus! This is all the new features installed by installed msg plus. Click on preferences and go to conversations. There is a formatting tab there where u can do things from. Alternatively if you are chatting with someone and you type / it will give you a list of all the commands you can use.
