Why can i only do video calls on msn?

How can i fix my msn problem ?? ( i cant send webcam invites only video calls)?

  The new version of msn removes the option to just show webcam(14.0.8117). Alot of people with the same problem. You can go back to an older version. FIRST Uninstall in add/remove programs and download package from here: http://digiex.net/downloads/download-center-2-0/applications/3487-windows-live-messenger-2009-wave-3-build-14-0-8089-726-offline-install.html Install that and it should go back to the old version and work fine :) You might need to use zapmessenger to remove it completely if it shows up with 'cannot install as new version is already installed' http://messengergeek.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E3785B1281BBDA1!1118.entry Make sure you install all windows live components with 14.0.8117.. Try this if zapmessenger doesnt work and remove the windows live essentials and others: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe IF that doesnt work then try: 1/ Click the Start button 2/ When the Start menu opens look to the Right of the menu and you should see an option called 'Run' 3/ Click on Run to open the Run dialogue box 4/ In the Run dialogue box type: RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove 5/ Next press the OK button 6/ If all goes well you will be asked to restart your computer. Click Yes to restart IF that doesnt work then try: http://www.msn-tools.net/download/WLMUninstaller.exe IF that doesnt work then ive no idea. But you shouldnt need to go that far and hopefully will jus be a simple uninstall and reinstall of the old one :)
