U can download the vid, convert it into wmv or mpg format, then insert it to powerpoint. Try Moyea flv to video converter. With this tool, you can download, play, and convert youtube vids to many video and audio formats including mpg. you would have to download the Youtube video. then, you go to Insert (on powerpoint), then click movies or sounds from file. it should be pretty easy from there.
