Why do some youtube videos dont work?

i want to watch some youtube videos but some say it no longer is available while others can watch it it is only on some like the new nigahiga video i have only found 3 that say that

sometimes mine do that to if other people can watch them it means there not deleted so you have to keep refreshing until it comes up if it doesnt it means you might not be able to watch it if your under 18 or sometimes videos cant be watched by people from every country which maybe sound weird but there are some videos that are only for the USA which is annoying because im from aus
