    Well, those channels are youtube "partners". Basically, I think they pay and it's kind of like a youtube premium account.

Unfortunately, you can't really - at least with ease. Those two channels are YouTube partner channels so they have connections with a YouTube webmaster who creates a custom channel for them. That being said, if you have some Photoshop skills you can replicate it somewhat but don't expect the same quality look. I'll use mine as an example: http://www.youtube.com/JeffBT - I created the background in Photoshop and just uploaded it. It looks decent, but not like the partners. Good luck.
