By putting up original videos and not the same old rubbish that is put up day in and day out. If people are interested then they will subscribe. If not then they wont. Simple as that.

There are websites that help you "cheat" by artificially inflating your views, but Youtube will catch on, so the best thing to do is advertise your channel... like you're doing now! :) Create good content, promote it well (through tagging and video responses, and yahoo answers!), and people will definitely watch and subscribe to your videos!
