Where can I have someone check my schematic and PCB?
-
I designed a schematic and a PCB. I'd like to make it check by someone to guarantee that it will work. It involves checking the schematic (check if the component are correctly connected, etc) and the PCB. Preferably by a PCB manufacturer that can then manufacture the PCB.

I do not have a specific vendor to recommend, but there are a couple of ways to approach this: There are numerous PCB design services out there which can validate your design. Some of them have low volume / prototyping services (10's of boards). I would search for ones in your zip code and go visit them if you can. Definitely talk to ~5 of them to learn the space better and to understand what value they provide. They are consulting houses really -- so get specific about what service / work artifacts you want them to perform & deliver. There are simulation & validation tools which can be purchased to do PCB validation. I have not seen any online pay-per-use models, but they might exist. These tools are the ones that the design services mentioned above will use to validate your design. Learning to use them well is an additional discipline. So - that does not eliminate the fact that design validation is a high art. Unfortunately, marketing those services and tools is not very sophisticated. Neither is paying for them. Spend some serious time determining how you want to validate your design and teaching yourself ways to approach that problem. That is why I suggest talking to ~5 of the service providers above. When it comes time to manufacture - Adafuit does a great job of maintaining a summary of PCB build houses which you can try. http://www.ladyada.net/library/pcb/manufacturers.html

I am not sure what you meant by checking schematic. If you designed the PCB, then you would have come across any missing connections on the schematic. Most PCB Design software have integrated Schematic software so if you made a connection on Schematic, it will automatically be wired in PCB. If you missed a connection DRC will highlight that on PCB. In other case, if you are designing a Schematic for the first time and not sure if it will work, I would suggest building a breadboard version or wirewrap circuit to test the functionality of Circuit. Once you are sure the Schematic / circuit works as required, then design a PCB. You can also use services like FreeDFM (https://www.my4pcb.com/net35/FreeDFMNet/FreeDFMHome.aspx) to test your PCB for any design rule violations.
