you can try asking the people how they made it like that

look in the top left corner of the second one, click on the little flashing box, it will take you to a website that will help you create it.

All they did was make a "default" layout nothing special go to http://abrax.us and look through their "default" layouts.

It all depends on the profile layout you choose. You'd paste the code into the ABOUT section.
