well i dunno if there are any layouts but you can put virtually any picture (if appropriate) as your background...i have the superman symbol as mine...you just have to get the picture URL and you can do that by right clickin on the picture you want and go to properties and copy the entire URL and then go to edit blog or whatever and put in where it says to put it and there you go you have a non-boring blog background! LOLz
