How can you download Songs off of myspace?

  • I have found some songs by underground artists, and i wanted to download these songs and put them on my ipod. Is there a website or downloader that can help me do that?

    Yes. Download and install Mozilla Firefox if you do not yet have it. http://firefox.com Then Google-search the "download helper add-on" for Firefox, and install that onto it. Now go to the Myspace profile with the song you want, and click on the song title (so that it starts playing). You should see the 3-circle Download Helper icon start animating, which indicates there is a file that can be grabbed off the page. It should be the mp3 file of the song you're playing off that profile. Just select it and Firefox will download it. The Download Helper is a VERY handy tool for a number of different things, including when you see videos on the Internet (like on YouTube) that you'd like to save/keep.

Your purpose seems harmless enough so use Real Player 11 to download from a MySpace band player but you must be running IE for the Real Player download prompt to appear. You can only download the song that is actually playing. Once you've downloaded one song, click on the next song (so it begins playing) before clicking the Real Player download prompt

if you download Real Music Player you can. at least when i did it i could. you can do the same with videos on youtube, you just put your mouse over it and a thing will pop up above it and ask if you want to download.
