When you go on twitter on the left there should be a suggestion on who to follow, I have a fan account and most of the suggestions are fan accounts for the same person (ariana grande) so I follow them and they all follow back to I gain about 20 or more followers! There are also lots of website to get twitter followers from such as 'twiends' 'follow back.info' 'getmorefollowers' 'letgetmorefollowers.info' but the annoying thing about these is, you have to follow a bunch of annoying and random people who clog up your timeline. Anyway good luck with getting the followers :)
