What's a good snowboard size for me?

  if your looking for under 350 your choices arent gonna be high. pretty much all brands out there are good, so dont really worry about that. people may hate on some (i hate on burton, i always break them i do ride 100+ days a season though) and some people will love that brand. remember your foot size plays a roll in board selection too. you dont want a board that you get toe drag from, but also you dont want it to be to fat and feel like your riding a door. if your just looking to ride trees, and go fast, or have an everything board id pick around mid 140's, if you like park and rails, you never really plan to ride the fresh pow or bomb down hills a low 140 may be better. the smaller size will help you turn easier, but when bombing down hills it is less stable, and makes it harder to float in powder. do your research before you buy a board and if you are buying burton you will have to buy burton bindings if you get there ics system on the board. they use a different track and no other brand can match the mounting system. if your just learning be sure the board isnt stiff and aggressive, maybe a "park board" would be a better board for you, they are a little more forgiving. and dont buy a board because it has pretty graphics!
