What is an easy way to get sponsored?

What's a good way to get sponsored in snowboarding?

  • I can do grabs and spins, rails, I'm fast down the mountain, but I don't know if I'm good enough. I'm not looking for a way to get a huge sponsor, just like a boardshop.

    Make a sponsor me video, I did and im as good as you described. I took it to my boardshop they sponsored me. Even if your not good enough its still fun to make the movie, so go for it.

Really the best thing to do is to go out there and get noticed! If you feel you're ready, begin to enter a few local snowboard competitions, there's normally always tv or mag coverage and a few talent scouts there and if you're good enough and able to win a few competitions, sponsership deals will begin to rollllll in :)

i have a bunch of friends that are sponsored in skating.. so i would make a video if you already havent then just keep shreddinn at your mountain and if some1 asks you give them a copy of your vid. if that doesnt work out for you go to your local skate/snow shop and ask them if they do sponsors and if they say yes give them your vid and hope for the best. good luck dude
