How can I polish my snowboard to make it shiny?

I have a snowboard that I just finished painting and I need to make it shiny and smooth. Is there anything I can use to shine it up? I was thinking about using car wax but I'm not ...show more

What? You painted your top sheet...with what? Spray paint, acrylic it will just come off eventually. I don't know how else you could paint a board but car wax will not do anything except make you look like an idiot. As for making it smooth sandpaper duh, but it's on top, who cares. Besides a few spray painted stencils on boards I've never heard of someone painting their top sheet, they come with graphics on them painting something that isn't supposed to be painted is kinda dumb.
