Depends on what ever you want... i use an athletic shirt and sweat shirt, then my coat on the outside... it may be a little hot but its better than being cold and numb. For my Legs i just wear Jeans, sweatpants, and snow pants. Again it may be a little hot but better than cold. Also when i over heat in my clothes, i unzip my coat and go down the mountain a couple times, then ill be cold and enjoy the overheating.

the number one tip i learned is NEVER EVER NEVER EVER wear cotton! Cotton though is soft and warn absorbed sweat and moister making you feel gross and sticky. I wear various pairs of leggings under my snow pants with 2 soccer socks on(each foot). Im not sure( i cant see your picture or name) if your a guy or a girl. the guys I go snowboarding with wear under armor pants(link below) these you can get at any ***** sporting goods or sports authority . Im buying myself a pair this year. For under the jacket I wear a long sleeve shirt and my north face sweat shirt(40$ on sale) the NUMBER 1 thing you really need to worry about is your face and hands. hand warmers are the best things, falling in the snow could give you frost bite/ Ice burns. For your face wear goggles and face mask and a little sun screen going fast down a slope is freezing and can start to hurt... And of course get a beanie( its a knitted hat) So warm

Next to your skin should be polypropylene underwear for wicking properties. That means that the fabric will bring moisture away from your skin and you'll feel dry. Between the polypropylene and the outer shell, the weather will dictate what to wear. Sweaters, sweat shirts, turtle necks, woolens, etc. Make sure you layer, instead of wearing a thick bulky item, that way you can remove layers if it gets to hot. I've worn from two to six (thin) layers. The outerwear of choice IMHO is Gore-Tex or equivalent. I finally got Gore-Tex last season and wish I got it earlier. For outerwear, don't wear natural fabrics such as cotton, or wool because the snow will stick to it making you wet and heavy. Most snow gear have vents so make sure you check to see if the pants and top have zippered vents. And helmets are a requirement for snowboarding. I skied for many years and didn't feel the need for a helmet. The second season I went snowboarding, I bought a helmet.

hahahaha...met- go comando. hahaha well i live in alaska so i dress warm. but im going to guess you live in the lower 48 so i would say light workout pants, or light weight sweats.(NOT JEANS)! they are sooo uncomfortable when riding. as for shirt tee shirt are long sleeve it doesnt matter. if its windy or cloudy id wear a sweat shirt. have fun!

Depends how cold. I use a lightweight waterproof Mountain Hardwear jacket with a quick dry t-shirt underneath (or a thermal shirt when it's really cold) and that's good for almost everything in CO.
