    I'm surprised how many people ask this. In reality, as much of a factor as board length is, what you're looking to fit most is the boards weight range. Most boards have a set weight range (Mine's 125 to 150). If you're over or under this weight range instead of fitting right into it, the board will not maneuver and flex as it properly should. Also, in addition to the weight range and length, another important factor is to consider waist width. You need to make sure that the board is wide enough that your toes and heels will not hang over the edge and drag when you make turns.

A snowboard should be inbetween your nose and your chin in length when standing. if you want a board for park or freestyle youll want it on the short side, if your looking for speed go for the long side. if your still growing you might want to look for a longer one. I'd say you want a 142cm
