  Well, as you said, the jury is still out on the Horrorscope, and the Artifact is a sick park board year-in, year-out. Between the two you listed, I'd say go with the Artifact. Also, while obviously not "lifetime", you do get a 2-year warranty with Rome boards. And from what I've heard from people, Rome is pretty cool about keeping riders hooked up. BUT, if you're looking for a jib board, AND you're even considering Capita, why not look at the Stairmaster (or Stairmaster Extreme)? It is arguably the best jib-stick on the market. So, I'd say get the Artifact over the Horrorscope, but the Stairmaster beats them both.
